STN: Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation (JMRC) has issued a tender for traction and power system work on Jaipur Metro Phase-1C & 1D. Traction and Power Systems Work

- Installation of rigid OHE from Badi Choupar to the elevated ramp
- Installation of flexible OHE from the elevated ramp to Transport Nagar and from Mansarovar to Ajmer Road Chauraha
- Setting up 33 kV Auxiliary Sub-Stations
- Laying associated cabling
- Installation of SCADA systems
- Work across both underground and elevated sections
The project area includes loop lines and various terminal points.
Details of Jaipur Metro Phase-1C
Phase-1C adds a 2.85 km extension to the Pink Line.
The stretch will run from Badi Chaupar to Transport Nagar.
It will include:
- One underground station at Ramganj
- One elevated station at Transport Nagar
The project cost is estimated at ₹993.51 crore. The Government of Rajasthan will provide most of the funding.
Details of Jaipur Metro Phase-1D
Phase-1D will extend the line from Mansarovar to Ajmer Road Chauraha.
The length of this stretch is 1.35 km, and it will be fully elevated.
It includes:
- One new elevated station at Ajmer Road Chauraha
The estimated project cost is ₹204.81 crore.
